The HEROS Footwear return policy only applies to products purchased directly from our website herosfootwear.com. HEROS Footwear wants our customers to be 100% satisfied with their order. If you are unhappy or dissatisfied with any product purchased from HEROS Footwear, we are happy to refund your money, offer an exchange or provide a store credit. Please specify if you are requesting a refund, an exchange or a store credit. A member of the HEROS Footwear Customer Service Team will respond within 24-48 hours. Messages received over the weekend or on a federal holiday will be addressed the following business day.

A request for return or exchange must be made within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. HEROS Footwear will accept back unopened product within 45 days of purchase for store credit to be used towards a future purchase. All reimbursements will be made to the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. DO NOT discard the container as we may ask you to return the product to us. If we do require the product to be returned, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. We are sorry but HEROS Footwear is not responsible for the amount of time it takes for the product to be returned to our facility, or if the item is lost or broken during the process.

HEROS Footwear offers a money back guarantee within 30 days for purchases made through our website.
